Property Valuation

Putting a value on a property is a balance between actual market data and comparables and invaluable experience.  The market data is simple research.  The gut feel comes from working with buyers for years and knowing what buyers like or dislike.  The Middle Tennessee market area is largely based on “price per square foot”.  This can be a very good unit of measurement for property, however there are always outstanding circumstances to a property which must be taken into consideration.
