2009 vs. 2019

January 11, 2020

We all know the 2010s were a transformative decade for Nashville, to say the least! But what exactly do the numbers say? Let’s take a look back at the last ten years.

2010 in Nashville: the devastating floods were just around the corner.. the Pinnacle building opened.. the skyline looked very different.. real estate was much more affordable.. and there were a lot less real estate agents in Music City.

The averages listed above are based on residential single family homes sales in Davidson County. Check out that increase in members of Greater Nashville Realtors! A big boom in real estate means a big boom in real estate agents.

We are excited to see where the next ten years takes us!
