Kevin Endres
REALTOR®
For 30+ years, Kevin created marketing, branding, and advertising for some of the country’s biggest brands. Now he puts everything he knows about marketing and branding to work for you, in selling your home, or finding you a new one.
Kevin grew up in six different places. His dad said, “We’re corporate gypsies,” so he understands what it’s like to move.
When his mom went into real estate, he got an in-depth education about the business every night at dinner (when she wasn’t showing houses).
Kevin has a deep passion for architecture, neighborhoods and the people who live in them by either walking them with his Australian Cattle Dog or riding through on his bike. He has a broad swath of knowledge about Metro Nashville Services and housing services.
In his adult life, Kevin and his wife, Linda, continued moving until they got to Nashville. He’s now been here long enough to be considered a native, but still has an outsider’s perspective.
He knows these neighborhoods intimately: Green Hills, 12South, Hillsboro Village, Oak Hill, Downtown, Sylvan Park, Germantown.
Outside of work, you’ll find Kevin and Linda at one of their favorite restaurants in a different neighborhood in the city, catching a flick at The Belcourt or at a concert.
Kevin has been a volunteer music teacher and board member at the W.O. Smith Music School for 20+ years. He’s also on the School Council at Christ The King Church, as well as a former mentor at The Nashville Entrepreneur Center and The Nashville Wine Auction.
