A native Nashvillian, Edward O’Day has an extensive knowledge of Middle Tennessee. His keen eye for design and architecture, matched with a background in renovation and remodeling and his experience as a small business owner in the music industry, led him into a career in real estate.
He is a graduate of Father Ryan High School and Belmont University. Growing up on the West side of town, Edward now lives in East Nashville with his wife and son.
Edward is driven by his desire to help others. He is a board member for The Visitation Hospital in Haiti and an Ambassador for The Alzheimers Association of Middle TN.
“Our experience using Edward as our agent was excellent! He was extremely helpful and provided us the information we needed to make the decision to sell. Without his encouragement and research we would have never felt comfortable going to market. We had been talking about it for a while but couldn’t make up our minds. The process of negotiation and closing was easy and comfortable because of Edward’s efforts. We had worried it was going to be long and complicated but he guided us through, while listening to our wishes and providing sound advice. We are appreciative of all his efforts and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the greater Nashville area.”
