Laura was born and raised in Kentucky and learned the value of hard work growing up on a tobacco farm. Her father instilled the importance of investing wisely, which she holds key to her success in real estate. After living in Colorado, Laura decided it was time to put down roots closer to her family and decided on Nashville, a bustling urban area with a strong family focus that Laura loves. She looked to put to use the qualities that came naturally to her, patience, guidance, and nurturing, in her career and chose to pursue her real estate license in 2008. For the past 10 years at The Wilson Group, Laura has put those virtues to work in building strong client relationships of trust.
Since 2006, Laura and her husband and young son have lived in Sylvan Park, where Laura has invested her time and energy deeply. She is the President of the Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association, where she brings events like the 4th of July parade, Family Movie Night in the Park, Night Out Against Crime, Fall Fest, and Holiday Celebration to the neighborhood. Laura also is involved in the Sylvan Park Moms Club, Sylvan Park Community Group, Work Hard, Mom Hard Networking Group, and the Richland Creek Run Committee. The latter of which is near and dear to Laura’s heart because during her spare time, she loves biking, running, or hanging near the creek with her son along the Richland Creek.
“Laura Boldt was great! I always knew I could call if I had any questions about anything in the house purchasing process, from beginning to end.”

“We continue to be Laura’s biggest fans and shout it from the rooftop. She straight hustles, always goes the extra mile, over-communicates, and provides so much value-add service in our real estate deals. I joked with her recently that she is pretty much a real estate concierge.”
