Pamela Phillips is on a mission to help buyers and sellers navigate a constantly changing and often challenging Nashville Real Estate Market.
As a Nashvillian for the last 37 years, she has watched a small town grow into a world class city that constantly ranks at, or near the top, of just about every “best places to live” list. Her husband, Rob Crosby has forged a successful singer/songwriter career while they raised their son Matt here in Music City.
When she is not guiding her clients through the sometimes stressful, but always exciting home selling and buying process, you can find her hiking the trails at Warner Park and Radnor Lake, traveling to distant shores, or walking her big goof of a dog Rufus.
Pam is passionate about her city and her goal is to ensure that all her clients “Love Where They Live”!
“Working with Pam was like working with a friend. I knew she would tell me the truth, I trusted her. She also helped play out all the possible scenarios so I was prepared for things I didn't even know to anticipate. She was always available and it was clear she was working hard to get the most out of my investment. Pam was extremely professional yet also fun to work with.”

“Pam was a terrific Realtor throughout the entire process. She did the “worrying” for us and gave me peace of mind whenever I worried about the timing and order of the process steps. She exceeded our expectations in many ways. She ordered window cleaners to help make it shine and helped keep us informed when our own paint contractor painted closed many of our windows. She was professional and easy to get a hold of. I especially appreciated her shared excitement with us.”

“I couldn't have asked for a more professional, more caring Realtor to help in the purchase of my first home. She knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste my time sending me properties that she knew were not right for me. I was out of town for much of the buying process so I had to rely heavily on her help in negotiating price, inspections, repairs, etc. She took care of every detail no matter how small or how big. I know it could have been much more stressful without her support and I couldn't recommend her more!”
